My name is Jacek. I grew up in Poland, where I first learned the art of boxing—the kind of craft that shapes not only your body but your discipline, your mindset, your fire. Since 2006, I’ve been living in Australia, and since 2008, I’ve been teaching boxing here—personal training, functional movement, coordination, mobility. Over the years, I’ve stood in the ring myself, earning titles like the Australian Masters Games gold medal. But what drives me isn’t just medals—it’s watching people transform through this sport.

My clients come from everywhere. Some step in because they want to compete. Others simply crave the rhythm, the sweat, the escape, the growth. Some have been with me for years because boxing doesn’t just train your body—it sharpens your focus, clears your head, and pushes you toward a version of yourself you didn’t know was there. This is a sport for everyone. One session a week can be the spark that lights the fire.

Here, training is real. Pad work, heavy bag, skipping rope, light weights—tools simple enough, yet powerful enough to change the way you move, the way you think, the way you show up. Boxing is not just about fists. It’s about finding control in the chaos, building strength where you once felt weak, and unlocking confidence you can carry everywhere in life.
